The program uses a combination of health care and substance abuse treatment programs to provide a comprehensive response to the problem of substance abuse. The services they provide include but are not limited to community-based drug and alcohol rehabilitation; treatment of addictions and related conditions such as bipolar disorders eating disorders depression stress disorders anxiety disorders post traumatic stress disorders substance abuse education and training home-based care programs treatment of mental disorders and behavioral health treatment.
