The first book in the B &B series of Arizona is The Last Stop by Auerbach Bryan N MD. This book tells the story of Dr. Auerbach and his wife, Mary, who were planning on moving to Tucson and decided they wanted to try their hand at home-based medical practice. They found a great doctor to hire, took a few classes, and started out doing quite well. However, it didn’t last. Then one day, Mary fell off her bike and broke her leg. A doctor in Tucson who helped out Mary and Dr. Auerbach suggested they try out an alternative healing method.
The book follows the couple’s trial-and-error process of finding out how to heal their broken foot. They do this through a series of lessons on what to do with broken bones. It sounds like a good idea, right? Well, as it turns out, a lot of people have not been taught to heal their broken bones with exercise.
