Mental Health is a subjective state or condition that describes a person’s mental health or lack thereof. It is an individual’s state of well-being, or level of mental well-being. It is the state where a person is “functioning within a satisfactory range of emotional and behavioral flexibility.” What does this mean? It means that a person can adjust their state of mind and behavior to change according to circumstances. The mental health state of a person is very important to society, and to other individuals. There are many reasons why people may have poor mental health, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, alcoholism, drug abuse, social phobia, etc., but the most common reason is stress.

Mental health conditions are common and may not affect the individual on a daily basis. However, mental illnesses conditions are treatable by a licensed medical doctor, or mental health professionals. If a person is not having any type of trouble with their condition, they may be diagnosed with something like bipolar disorder. A mental disorder is an abnormal mental condition that is not controlled by the individual’s own will, and which is often accompanied by behavioral symptoms and/or problems. There are also times when a person has a mental disorder which is not treatable medically, but which causes major problems in one or both the person’s personal and professional life.

There are many ways to measure mental health disorders. Some of them include being able to communicate in normal conversation, coping skills, cognitive abilities, the ability to learn, and the ability to work or perform a particular task. Most psychologists believe that a person with normal mental health is a person who has a healthy mental balance between their mind and body. People with mental disorders have a less healthy mental balance. This is because those with mental disorders have a problem with what is happening inside of their bodies, but their brain cannot function normally, and they do not always know how to control their emotions and behaviors.
