Passport To Recovery LLC is a legal entity so it has all the same rights as any other business or individual. The only thing that distinguishes this company from other corporations is the use of the word ‘llc’. This is not a registered trademark so the word does not have any official recognition. The ‘LLC’ is just a way for companies to get around the restrictions on corporate names in some states and the use of the word ‘llc’ means they are a registered corporation in some states.
When a person or a company is looking for a business entity for their legal needs this might be a good option. A business can be incorporated under the name of a company and then they can operate under that name but there are certain problems with that. For example if a person has been sued or accused of fraud or if they want to take advantage of a tax break they will want to make sure they are running under a corporate name instead of a sole proprietorship.
