The Salvation Army is an institution that provides services to the needy for the purpose of providing shelter, food, clothing and education. The goal of the organization is to reach out to those in need to bring hope, and help them live a better life. The organization has two facilities, which include the Arizona Rehab and Treatment Center in Tucson Arizona as well as the South Tucson Senior Community Center located in south Tucson. Both of these facilities offer alcohol and drug abuse treatment programs and other rehabilitation programs.

“America’s Rehab Centers provides state-of the art drug and substance abuse treatment centers with both inpatient and out patient programs to assist you or someone you love recovering from drug or alcohol addiction. Drug and substance abuse treatment programs offered by America’s Rehab Centers are in-network and covered by most insurance companies. If you have a family member who has an addiction and you are looking for a place that will work with them to overcome the addiction, then you may want to explore the possibility of having them participate in your program as a volunteer. This way they can get involved with your program while you are helping them to recover and have a successful recovery. Your program can help their family get on the road to recovery.

Once you have completed your program, you will be given an Outward Basic Service (OBS) Card. This card will serve as identification at the program and will allow the staff to identify you if you are seen or heard. After completing your program, you will have to attend a series of classes which are usually held once a month in the evenings. During this time you will complete classes such as Alcoholics Anonymous and other group therapy programs, group leadership training, and other programs to make sure you continue on the road to recovery. As you complete your program, you will receive a certificate of completion from the center, a Gold Star Ribbon, and a Gold Star Pin. to commemorate your accomplishment. The center also offers free onsite community service opportunities for families and communities to enjoy as well.
