The Shoulder is one of the most complex and large joints in your body. The Shoulder joint is basically formed when the humerus (the upper arm bone) is joined to the clavicle (collar bone). Other important bones present in the Shoulder include: The scapulocondylar bone which is a large bone found just below the humerus. The rhomboid bone is an arthrocentrum bone that is located beneath the shoulder joint. The clavicle is connected to the rib cage.
Many people who suffer from arthritis may find that their Shoulder becomes stiff and they have a lot of pain in this joint. The Shoulder often hurts when you bend down or lift something.
