Rusty’s MorningStar Ranch is an exemplary Transitional Living housing facility that has served the local community for 35 years. “Rusty’s” has grown to become one of the largest and most respected communities in Arizona. “Rusty” was founded by Rusty and Jocelyn Smith and they continue to operate and develop the “Rusty Community” on a continual basis. The “Cornville Arizona Living Sanctuary” has received the “Most Outstanding Community” award from the Cornville Arizona Chamber of Commerce and “Top Ten Best Transitional Housing Communities” award from the National Association of Independent Living Agencies. “Cornville” provides assistance for individuals facing a wide range of personal and social challenges and helps people adjust to their new surroundings and make new friends. “Cornville” provides a safe and supportive place for people who have experienced significant trauma. “Cornville” was rated the most appropriate “Safe Living” community in the State of Arizona and was recognized for excellence by the Cornville Arizona Health Board.
