This article is a collection of the articles by Alexander Kimberly on the subject of mental power and mental concentration. I have read some of his books including “Meditation” and they are written in a very engaging interesting style. The book was also a big help to me when I was trying to deal with my bipolar disorder. I was able to get through many difficult times in my life by having mental power in my life. I will say that I really like the style of the book and even recommend it to anyone who has not read Alexander Kimberly before. If you are interested in this kind of thing or if you have ever been depressed you will enjoy reading this.
As I said before this book is all about mental concentration. In this book Alexander Kimberly goes into a lot of the history of mental concentration and discusses how different people such as Abraham Lincoln Einstein and Napoleon Bonaparte all were able to have mental power in their lives. Alexander Kimberly believes that all people have the potential to have mental power and that mental power does not come from training or anything else. It comes from being in control of your own mind and controlling the things that you think about. Of course we all have more than just our mind at our disposal and that includes things like mental concentration.
I found that the book was not really focused on mental concentration and was instead more on mental training. However this doesn’t mean that the book was not helpful at all. It certainly helped to clear up my misconceptions about what mental power actually is. I really recommend this to anyone who is interested in mental concentration.
