The Assistive Technology Program of Tucson in Tucson AZ offers students, faculty and professionals with the opportunity to develop and enhance their skills. The program is specifically designed to provide students with opportunities that can help them be competitive in the workplace. Students will learn how to communicate with others more effectively using hand-held, voice and speech devices such as laptops. They will learn how to interact with different types of technology including web-based training, seminars, workshops and conferences. Students will also learn to use computers in their day to day activities.
Students will learn to become more creative by learning to use computer applications for creativity and productivity. Students will also learn to use these applications in the workplace. Students will develop skills in graphic design, software programming, computer networking and the use of a variety of other computer applications.
