Mobile Alabama is a non-profit program designed to meet the needs of the homeless drug-addicted and mentally ill in Alabama. Mobile Alabama is an initiative of the Southern Regional Treatment Authority (SRTA) which works with many local governmental agencies and private agencies to provide services to people that are homeless addicted and living in a state of mental health crisis. Mobile Alabama is a partnership of two well-respected non-profit groups Bradford Healthcare and We partner with the Montgomery County Treatment Facility (MCATF) a non-profit organization that provides treatment for people with substance abuse and mental illness. The facility includes treatment programs for individuals in residential transitional outpatient and inpatient facilities. Our mission is to provide quality safe and comprehensive services for people experiencing homelessness drug abuse or a mental health crisis. Our goal is to offer a warm nurturing environment to provide hope healing and freedom from substance abuse. Our clients will find that we provide individualized treatment a variety of community services and much more.
Mobile Alabama has helped hundreds of people overcome the destructive cycle of drug abuse and addiction. Many clients come to us because of past negative experiences with substance abuse and alcohol rehabilitation. This can be an extremely difficult process especially when people have had to deal with the trauma of their abusive past. Whether they were abused as children were homeless or were diagnosed with a substance-related disorder Mobile Alabama can help them regain their self-respect self confidence self esteem and a sense of dignity.
