Community Psychology & Education Services are a division of the University of Arizona’s College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, which has been in Tucson, Arizona since 1990. Their goal is to offer a comprehensive program for psychologists that focuses on the relationships among social, economic, and environmental issues and the psychology of education. Students can choose a course in social sciences, education, or both that will focus on these issues. They are able to study in the school’s four major departments: Counselor Education & Training, Developmental Psychology, Sociology, and Policy and Management. The Department of Counselor Education & Training offers an online Master’s in Counselor Education Program and a Master’s in Social Science Degree. Both have been successful at the university and provide students with a well rounded education and the theoretical and practical tools to practice in the field.
