The National Family Law Center Family Perspectives LLC in Tempe AZ is a small and family law firm with only two attorneys on staff, one part time and the other full time. Their office has limited amount of space and it looks like it is more like a warehouse than a real office. When I visited, it was late night and we were greeted by a few employees, but when we came inside there were not even enough chairs to sit. It looks like they are out on a shift basis, or maybe they are out of the office because they had a last minute emergency but no one could tell us.
The place seems to be filled with people working towards the same goal, which is to help people with family law and legal issues that arise in their respective homes. There are a large waiting area for clients but no receptionist to answer the phones or help you with any questions. The only thing I noticed about this place that I thought was a plus is the fact that they have some pretty big picture posters around that can be hung in your home or business office for everyone to see.
As mentioned, there were no receptionist at Family Perspectives and after waiting for an hour I left and went home to look for a receptionist. It took me a while before I found one and I ended up calling their voicemail box and hung up. So, I think that they do have a voicemail system but it was too busy to hang up on my call. Overall, I was impressed with their location and the way that they handle calls but the lack of a real receptionist made me feel like they were not serious about what they do. In conclusion, I would have to say that this is a great place to get legal advice and representation but my recommendation is to take your case to someone that does have a real office, so you don’t have to go through all of the hassles of finding a place to live or work while you wait for a long time to see a real person.
