Integrity and well-being are two very closely related concepts. If you would like to be a truly healthy individual then you will need to have both quality of life as well as the integrity necessary to stay that way!
This is where Integrity and Wellness come into play. By being a person with a high degree of integrity you are not only able to maintain a high level of health but you are also able to achieve the same level of wellness. As well by staying at a high level of integrity in your life you are also making sure that you are able to stay clean and sober when you take an action that would require you to “stop and smell the roses”. If you don’t keep your integrity high enough then you will find yourself making poor choices which in turn will often have negative consequences.
When you are trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle and an ethical one you will find it easy to stick to the goals that you have set. You will find that when you are clean and sober you are going to be happier and therefore your body is going to be healthier. The more you are able to live a “healthy” life the better you are going to feel in your body. Therefore the best way to maintain a healthy lifestyle is by maintaining high levels of integrity.
