Dr. Jasin Grace is a doctor who specializes in rehabilitation and sports medicine. He is currently working at Casa Grande Arizona Medical Center. He has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Phoenix and MSW from Northern Arizona University. He also completed a Masters degree in Sports Medicine at Northern Arizona University. He has had extensive experience with athletes that suffer from musculoskeletal issues.
Dr. Jasin has been writing articles for many different medical journals. He wrote an article entitled “Competitive Sports and Muscle Injury: Sports Medicine and Muscle Repair” in the Journal of Sports Medicine. In it, he discusses the importance of muscle repair following sporting events and the role that proper recovery plays in the long term recovery process of injured athletes. He also discusses the importance of treating injuries with rehabilitation rather than surgery.
Another article that Dr. Jasin has written is entitled “Competitive Sports and Sport Medicine” in the Journal of Sports Medicine. In this article he discusses the importance of identifying the injury in the athlete and performing the appropriate diagnosis, assessment, and therapy. This type of evaluation is often referred to as the athlete’s response to care or ARCH. This process requires that the athlete be examined by a team physician as well as a physical therapist. They will then be asked questions regarding their training, diet, and other factors that have been associated with their particular sport. All of these factors can contribute to an injury and how they may affect the patient’s sporting performance.
