The University of Arizona in the United States has offered a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing to an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing who has completed one of the following course work; Thematic Nursing, Science of Medicine Nursing, Human Resources Management and Education in Nursing. Dr. Mayer Eve PhD in Mesa Arizona has been awarded this postgraduate degree for her research studies on alcoholism treatment programs for both the alcoholic patient and the society as a whole. Her course of study was focused primarily on alcohol abuse, substance abuse and the effect it can have on the patients. In her research she also made use of various forms of treatments and their pros and cons and the role of the patient in the healing process.
