The National Center on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NCA) has established a new partnership with Mid-South Health Systems in Pocahon Arkansas to provide alcohol rehabilitation treatment for the residents in the region. The center has opened up a facility at Mid-South Health Systems in Pocahon. This facility will serve people who are addicted to alcohol in Arkansas and have other mental health concerns. This is a perfect location because the center is located just minutes away from Arkansas State Prison.
The center will provide both residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment programs that will work closely with the Department of Correction and Department of Mental Health to ensure that every resident is receiving the best possible treatment in the shortest amount of time possible.
