Dr. Perlman Stanford is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Phoenix AZ and is one of the nation’s leading authorities in substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation. She has earned her PhD from the University of Arizona, where she studied with Dr. Milton Diamond and Dr. Arthur Jensen. She received her Masters of Psychology at Arizona State University and was a Clinical Research Assistant at the Center for Alcoholism and Drug Dependence at the University of Pennsylvania.
