The original owner of the property, and the current owner who is responsible for the maintenance of the property, is Steve Ritchie. I can tell you from my years of research on the subject that he and his wife have always lived in the home they purchased the property from, they have never had to give any money out in order to buy it and they never did anything with the property when it was not in use. This makes me feel that it is a good investment and they are well-informed about the property they are investing in and they are certainly putting their money where their mouth is.
Now let us go into the details of the property itself. The house itself is two stories and has a large backyard and a large open living room area. The front of the property looks pretty much like it did when it was first built. You cannot find this home on any real estate listings anywhere so you will need to do a little bit of legwork to find it yourself.
There are many historical buildings around town that are a part of Steve Ritchie’s family and they are not included in his contract, but some of them are just a few blocks away from this home and can be found on any internet search engine. Steve Ritchie has been able to keep all of his family members involved in this beautiful property and they have all worked as a team. Steve and his wife have not only kept up with all the minor repairs and maintenance that need to be done, but they have also been very involved in keeping the home looking as wonderful as it does.
