If the mental disorder is minor, it will take a lot of time before a person can get proper therapy. In general, people who suffer from mild mental disorders may undergo counseling and psychotherapy but it may take a long time for them to get better. The best method of getting rid of minor cases of mental disorders is through the use of psychotherapy or therapy that is done in conjunction with medication.
