Mental Health is the extent of psychological health or absence of any mental disorder. A mental health issue is usually diagnosed when a person suffers from several symptoms such as irritability depression hopelessness anxiety and hopelessness.

A professional and trained psychologist will help you determine if a certain issue is causing your mental problems. If so you can start treatment immediately. You should always keep in mind that what is normal for you may not necessarily be normal for others.
