Community Medical Services-Safford is a non profit community health clinic that was founded by volunteers and was not made for profit nor does it provide medical care. “All of our patients receive a personal visit from a Community Health Specialist to determine what they need and also what they can afford. They are then matched with an appropriate medical professional who meets their needs and their budget in the best way possible. If a patient cannot afford their medical treatment they receive assistance from the community healthcare worker.” “The staffs and volunteers at this clinic are extremely friendly caring and compassionate. The staff is there to help you meet your medical and dental needs as well as offer you referrals to other agencies and also the information necessary to find the services you need.”
“All of our patients receive free services such as dental check ups nutrition and much more. A medical check up is provided monthly to all clients and a free visit to a Community Health Specialist is provided upon request. There are many other free services that are available to the community and are always ready to help and answer any questions or concerns. Some services include referrals to other agencies and also medical and dental advice and also referrals to other local agencies. These services are given free of charge by the Community Health Specialist.”
