Mental Health is defined as the state of physical health or an absence of medical illness. These test various factors in a person’s brain to determine their mental health such as brainwave frequencies cognitive processes and response to stressful situations.

Mental Health is one of the most essential elements that determine your personal well being and success in life. This is because it’s the condition in which people with mental disorders are able to function effectively. When this condition is not treated the person may end up becoming severely ill thus it’s very important that a person’s mental health is monitored by professionals and that proper medical attention is sought for them on a regular basis. A person’s level of mental health can greatly impact the person’s social and psychological development.
