Laveen Arizona is a community that has been built on the legacy of Carver Ranch. This community offers a place of worship community and personal growth to anyone who lives there. “Recovery from Sexual Abuse!” says the mission of this community.
There are many different programs and services that can be of assistance to the people living there. The programs are geared towards those recovering from sexual abuse and domestic violence. These programs focus on educating women and men alike and help them through the recovery process. They offer many different programs such as drug and alcohol abuse prevention anger management parenting education and domestic violence education. Many times there will be someone who has been sexually abused by another person in the family.
The Mental Health Services is an important part of the community that will work with the individuals to help them through their recovery process. There are many therapists and counselors in the area who are certified and licensed to help with all types of problems that the community may face. They will work to build up the relationships with families and friends of the patients. Sometimes they will also work with the schools and help to ensure that the students are able to interact with other children and adults in a healthy environment. These mental health professionals have access to the same kinds of programs and resources as the ones in Carver Ranch.
