One of the most unique forms of government services available to families is known as Lifeline children’s services. In order to receive this service you will need to be an active US resident who is at least 18 years old and have either one child or two children under the age of 18. If you are currently receiving a federal income benefit such as Medicare Medicaid Social Security or Supplemental Security Income then you will qualify to receive a free Lifeline child service number to help you call up Child Welfare Services (CWS) if you feel your child has become a problem.
The first thing that you will want to do is find out what type of children’s services department is in your area. This may be listed online or you may need to call around to see what you can find in your local area. This department is there to help those in need but they may not have all of the information that you are looking for. If you are able to get a hold of one of the department head offices that they are located in then you should be able to get some information very quickly. If you do not have access to one of these offices then you may want to call around the local phone book to see if you can locate anyone who can help you with this type of service.
The children’s services department may have some basic information on the phone. They may even have a website that is designed to help those in need of assistance. All you will need to do is call up and ask for some basic information. Some of this information may include the name of the person that has custody of the child the address where the child lives and any other contact information that they may have listed on their website. It may be helpful to take a look at their website if they do not have one so you will be able to see if any other people that you know that are in need of services also know of it.
