The Signs of Mental Health in Children and Adults
When you look out your children’s room and you notice that they have the same toys, games and activities over again. Your child will also seem to have a “habit” of picking up toys and placing them down repeatedly. When your child asks you about a toy that they played with the other day, they will be extremely curious about what it is. On the other hand, if you ask them about toys they haven’t played with yet, they will be very uninterested. Many parents also notice a decrease in their child’s appetite, energy level, mood swings, irritability and moodiness. You will also notice a dramatic increase in self-consciousness, insecurity, and worry when they begin to notice that they are noticing more negative things about themselves.
