In order to be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona, an individual must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a 2.2 GPA and four years of graduate study. After graduation, a person must pass the state licensing exam to obtain a license. This exam is taken in an actual medical office setting and the person must pass it in order to obtain a license.
