Mental Health is the level of well-being of an individual or his or her mental health. It is said, “Mental health is more important than physical health.” It’s the state of an individual who is “at a satisfactory level of behavioral and emotional adjustment.” Mental Health is also said to be an integral part of the definition of aging. And, the need for mental health is constantly growing as people become more aware of the importance of having a good mental health.

Mental Health has been defined by several studies as being the condition or state of an individual who does not suffer from depression or anxiety disorders and has normal or near normal self esteem. As it was said above, mental health is one of the important factors for an individual to maintain his or her own well-being. People who have healthy mental health are able to enjoy their social interactions as well as their leisure time. They can pursue their hobbies and pastimes without any worries. Individuals with high levels of mental health also have a good social life. In fact, a person with high level mental health also seems to lead a happy and active life. The mental well-being of an individual can affect the way he or she is perceived in their community as well as other people’s perceptions about them.

Some people’s minds tend to associate mental health with mental disorder. This is due to the fact that many people do not know the difference between mental disorder and mental health. It is important for people to recognize their personal limits when it comes to mental health. For example, some people with severe depression can have serious consequences on the lives of those around them. On the other hand, a person who may have mild depression, despite having a mental disorder, can still lead a healthy and happy life. A person with moderate depression can experience the normal symptoms of depression.
