The name of the firm is Touch Angels LLC and it was formed in 2008 by two individuals Todd Deitz and Matt Oakes. Todd worked as an attorney in the insurance industry and Matt had worked for an insurance company for 10 years. The idea of forming a new firm was sparked by a mutual friend of the two men who shared their interest in working on spiritual issues.
